Duties

• Sale Spector & Co. products by responding to inbound calls and placing outbound calls;
• Answer Distributor questions about Spector & Co. products and services;
• Provide information and sales quotes to Distributors;
• Increase product awareness and training;
• Conduct online presentations and other tutorials;
• Train customers on using Spector & Co. resources such as web sites, samples and other sales tools;
• Update customer database;
• Conduct customer surveys and report feedback;
• Support marketing initiatives;
• Execute proactive business development strategies.

Skills/Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet applications is necessary.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and effective method both verbally and in written correspondence to distributors and coworkers.
• Ability to utilize customer service skills when communicating with distributors in order to achieve a high level of satisfaction on a daily basis.
• Ability to work in an organized, detailed and accurate manner.
• Ability to utilize data entry skills in order to complete tasks on the computer.
• Ability to utilize problem-solving skills to address distributors concerns and inquires.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and organization skills.

The Printer produces imprints on our products by working with multiple printing processes and paying close attention to detail.

Duties

• Adjust machine according to model being printed
• Align hopper to feed pens into chain
• Align transport chain with the hopper
• Perform a horizontal adjustment on the supporting bearings
• Install the screen and adjust the height of the supporting bearings to bring the screen frame level with the pens
• Clean screen when imprinting problem or dust
• Put red emulsion on screen to indicate finished production run and return
