PRICING

1.    Prices in this catalogue are effective from March 1, 2007 to February 28, 2008. All prices are subject to change without notice.

2.    All prices include printing/product charges only. All prices quoted in this catalogue do not include G.S.T or provincial taxes.

3.    The prices listed in this catalogue are suggestions only and the distributor is under no obligation to accept them.

4.    Terms: Net 30 days or 1%, 15 days. If no credit term is established, full payment is required before order is processed. MasterCard and Visa accepted. No C.O.D. orders.

ART

5.    Rework or touch-up will incur an extra charge. We will contact distributor for approval before any touch-up work is started. If rework/touch-up is needed, order may be delayed.

6.    Friendly Reminder: Clear, sharp black & white camera-ready artwork speeds up orders and gives best results. If positive film to size is not provided, please send us large, clean camera-ready artwork.

7.    Halftones, screening, shading: Such logos are not recommended, but we will attempt to reproduce and will advise accordingly.

8.    DIGITAL ARTWORK: Artwork may be supplied on a PC formatted CD or Zip Drive saved as per specifications outlined herein:
  1. Absolutely no color or grayscale files.
  2. Preferable, artwork files should be supplied in vector format, created with either CorelDraw (up to version 13) or Illustrator (up to version CS2). All files must be saved in IBM format.
  3. At Spector & Co., we have a large selection of fonts. However, all type must be converted to curves (in the event that we do not have the specific font used in your document). Failing to do so may result in your order being delayed.
  4. For best results, Photoshop EPS, TIFF and JPG files should be set for black and white 1 bit preview at 1200 dpi.
  5. Photoshop EPS, TIFF and JPG files should be no less than 200% of final required imprint size and 600 dpi. If artwork is sent at 100% of imprint size, then 1200 dpi actual resolution should be supplied.
  6. Use appropriate file extension with name indicating file type.
  7. Each file should have one artwork only. Use the P.O. number for the file name.
  8. When e-mailing artwork, please reference company name and P.O. number.
9.    Please note that artwork is kept on file for no longer than two years.

NOTE: All artwork sent via e-mail MUST be accompanied with a fax printout.

IMPRINTING

10.    Laser Engraving: See individual pages for pricing information. Personalization: $2.00 ea. For personalization please provide a Microsoft Word document with names appearing in one single column.

11.    Non-Decorated Orders/Samples: Use end quantity price. Returns are not accepted.

12.    Multi-Color Imprinted Orders: Only available on certain products. Check catalogue page for availability.

13.    Copy Change: $30.00 (C). Ink Color Change: $10.00 (G).

14.    Paper Proofs: $15.00 (G) ea.

15.    Product Proof:$50.00 (G) ea.plus cost of product and applicable setup charges.

16.    STANDARD PRNTING COLORS (available at no extra charge): See PAGE 298 for color availability.

17.    Exact Color Match: $40.00 (G).

18.    Standard Printing Location: When an item has multiple imprint locations, the standard location is specified as: [default location]. If location of imprint is not specified, we will use our discretion.

19.    Debossing: The depression of an image into a material such as paper, leather or plastic, so the image sits below the product surface.

20.    Hot stamping: A dry imprinting process in which a design or type is set on a relief die that is subsequently impressed with heat and pressure onto the printing surface.

Product proofs not available for lanyards, notepad combos or customized imprinted notepads.

 

21.    Additional Production Time:
  1. For each additional printed location, add 2 days
  2. For each additional lasered location, add 1 day
  3. Multi-color printing: dates will be subject to art approval
22.    For extended domestic quantities, add 1 week to the 4 or 7 day delivery above. (If the customer does not request a specific date, a standard 2-3 week delivery will be assigned as we have always done).

23.    Multi-Color Imprint: A maximum of 3 colors for all writing instruments where multi-color imprints are available.

QUANTITIES

24.    Less Than Minimum Orders: Add $50.00(G). Half of catalogue minimum quantity required.

25.    Quantities Larger Than Published in Catalogue: We will gladly provide quotations for quantities beyond those shown in this catalogue.

26.    Discontinued Items: Please visit our web site or contact your account manager for availability and price.

27.    Overruns / Underruns: We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 5% over or under.

28.    Exact Quantity Orders: $20.00(G) per order. Order must specify ’EXACT QUANTiTY’. Not available for quantities over 1,000 units.

29.    Specify product color on order or we will use our discretion.

COMBINE QUANTITY PRICING

30.    An order that has the same logo for different item numbers may combine their quantities to receive the combined quantity price. The request for combined quantity pricing must be indicated on the order.

SHIPPING

31.    Split Shipments: $10.00 (G) charge per split shipment for more than 5 splits.

32.    All shipments are F.O.B. factory. If method of shipping is not specified, we reserve the right to ship overnight air service to meet your deadline. For direct shpments into the U.S., all shipments are F.O.B. New York and are invoiced in U.S. funds. Please refer to the american version of our SPECTOR & CO. catalogue for details.

33.    Method: We will follow your shipping instructions, or if not specified, we will select a carrier at our discretion. We are not responsible for delays caused after goods leave our plant.

34.    Freight costs for all spec samples are the responsibility of the distributor.

35.    C.O.D. Shipments: Not accepted.

MISCELLANEOUS

36.    All orders must be in writing. Errors resulting from hand-written orders are the responsibility of the distributor. Any changes or modifications to orders must be submitted in written form.

37.    Product colors in this catalogue are as accurate as possible; however, slight shade variations in photo representations do occur. If precise color is important, please order sample for approval. We are not responsible for variations in product color.

39.    Return Policy: Returns must be authorized. Please call for a RA number.

40.    Catalogue Photography: Imprinted products appearing in this catalogue are for illustrative purposes only, without any intention to promote or misuse the trademarks or company names shown.

341.    For repeat orders, please provide original order number & a hard copy of artwork.

42.    For optional assembly (i.e. insertion of business cards) please add 50¢ (C) per unit.
